I stayed at hotel Sabar for one day only. It is just an average stay. One can stay here if wants to spend a night to sleep. Hotel staff was polite and soft spoken. Rooms and washrooms are clean but little more needed to be done.

Very poor value for money

We stayed at Hotel Sabar 2 nights. If we had paid 200 INR per night, I could have somehow excused the hotel conditions, but the fact that the hotel charges 1,400 INR per night makes it the worst quality/price ratio seen in India so far. To list some of the problems: - Stuffy room, with a stench of cold cigarets - Stained bedsheets, and more than basic blankets - Run-down bathroom, with a window that did not close and let mosquitoes in - Free wifi working only from the lobby (unreachable from our room 10 feet away) - The morning 'cleaning' of the room must have been limited to swiping the floor, because we never saw any difference from when we'd left the room (no fresh towel, soap, etc.) The staff was however friendly, and the poor value for money was mostly the issue here.
